Afternoon Update

The major averages are little changed to unchanged heading into the close: SP-500 0%, Dow 0.04% (Transports -0.55%), NASDAQ-100 -0.15%, Small Caps +0.8% SPX (10m) DJIA (30m) Dow Transports (4H) Small Cap IWM (60m)   NASDAQ-100 (10m) – I’m still not sure what to make of recent price action. Semis are dragging on the index……
