Today started with more of the rotation seen this week between mega-caps/NASDAQ and value/Small Caps with the latter outperforming the former. The theme is not consistent in one direction suggesting a meaningful rotation underway. Yesterday NASDAQ was stronger, the day before Small Caps were stronger.
