Local, But Important Resistance

3:12 p.m. ET SP-500 -0.45%, Dow -0.6% (Transports -0.3%), NASDAQ-100 -0.2%, Small Caps -0.4%. I’m watching the charts and see that Small Cap IWM hits resistance exactly at the trend line of former support it slipped below this morning. First, this is the trend line I’m talking about… IWM (10m) – I have not changed…
