10:29 a.m. ET Since this morning’s Payrolls negated the less reliable ADP, and we had 1-day oversold internals, the averages are mostly little changed (typical of consolidation through time to work off 1-day oversold internals), while Small Caps are reclaiming part of yesterday’s blowout ADP Payroll instigated losses.
