11:29 a.m. ET Since the open, Business inventories fell 0.1% in October following a 0.2% increase in September (revised lower from 0.4%). The major averages have modest gains that are similar, except NASDAQ is in the red, and  Small Caps and Transports are soaring. I can guess why, and I haven’t even looked at the…
