Afternoon Update- Slow Day

Not much has changed since the last update. Most of the averages are little-changed with relative weakness in the tech-heavy Nasdaq-100, and some slight relative strength in Value style factors (+0.2%) over Growth (-0.65%).  That somewhat mirrors the relative weakness in  mega cap index (MGK -0.6%) vs. the Equal Weight S&P (+0.05%).
