Strange Signals Appearing Again

After a pretty much flat week last week, this week all of the averages gained a similar amount. The S&P gained +1.1% , DJIA +1.1%, Transports +2.2%, Nasdaq-100 +1.2%, and Small Caps +0.55%. Small Caps rebounded +2% today due to short covering and gains in Regional Banks (+3.45%)  to get them green on the week….
