The S&P made an initial pass at the Feb. record high and backed off. SPX (1m) – This looks like normal activity and doesn’t stand out as anything important. The S&P could and probably will grab the new high being so close. Small Caps are tracking with Short covering. The shift to favoring pro-cyclical sectors…
