Risk sentiment got a boost from: 1) Intel’s earnings, lifting SOX for an 18th consecutive day, and thus the Tech sector. 2) Iran’s Foreign Minister, Araghchi, going to Pakistan, which appear to be low level discussions to set ground work for second round of U.S./Iran talks.
