S&P futures are down 0.35%, NASDAQ futures down 0.5% and Russell 2000 futures down 0.7%  with most of the Mag 7s underperforming including Tesla (TSLA), which is down 1.1% following the news that shareholders approved a pay package for Elon Musk that could possibly get to $1 trillion.
