Afternoon Update

There’s really not much change since the last update, or in fact since the Early Update with the exception of a bit stronger pro-cyclical bias earlier today than this afternoon. The averages are near session highs from earlier in the day. Transports simply look good on the price chart. Small Caps are clearly being lifted…
