What a crazy, unexpected day in Treasuries. Treasury yields turned notably lower in response to the Treasury Budget data with a huge budget deficit. The 10-yr yield is down five basis points to 3.98% and the 2-yr  yield is down ten basis points to 4.26%. The S&P looks set to leave a hanging man candle…
