Afternoon Update

Over the last 30 minutes or so, Communications, Tech and Consumer Discretionary have lifted higher and pushed the major averages to new session highs. Small Caps barely budged as they don’t have exposure to the mega-caps – they’re yet to breakout above local resistance. Some 3C charts have moved with this surge in the afternoon…
