The market is lifting a bit into the close, mostly led by Small Caps… Small Cap IWM (1m) at intraday highs as the most shorted index retraces and supassses yesterday’s losses. SP-500 (1m) off intraday highs, but above $4200. The close will be key in shaping early price action tomorrow. Presently most of the averages…
