Today’s quad-witching (once a quarter) was a record setting options expiration, the largest in history; and just as suspected yesterday: “My guess is that SPX’s  price is pretty close to the max-pain op-ex price pin and tomorrow seems like a dullish day.” A dullish day indeed!
