The market expected no change to rates today and a very dovish, supportive statement from Powell. There were no surprises on either front. Powell said that the Fed is “not even thinking about thinking about thinking about raising rates.” (Yes, Mr. Powell said “thinking” three times). He also added, “The path forward for the economy…
