Early Update

11:14 a.m. ET Powell is testifying before Congress. I added the YouTube link in the last post. I’m listening carefully. He’ll testify tomorrow too, but pretty much anything new he’s going to say, would be said today. The testimony is scheduled to end by 1 p.m. ET.
