Market Update

3:17 p.m. ET Since the last update all of the major averages have gone green on the day, at least briefly. NASDAQ-100 and Small Caps are leading to the upside. The averages are at or near session highs, but I think they won’t go too much further without that spark/catalyst the market is looking for….
