1:11 PM ET “Technically” the major market averages are still within the context of a consolidation, although a day and a half consolidation is still quite small. Tuesday afternoon led to an extremely short, less than 1-day (afternoon) consolidation before Wednesday’s gains. The bottom line is the averages look better than they have in months….
