Afternoon Update

The day remains, and probably will through the close, a consolidation day. Small Caps and Transports outperform, NASDAQ-100 is lagging, but it has reduced the earlier relative weakness by a meaningful degree as the mega-caps have made up a lot of the earlier relative weakness.
