Afternoon Update

The major averages are mixed late in the session. I haven’t seen the kind of afternoon 3C action apparent Monday afternoon, but Monday was a much more dynamic day than today by a long shot. If the averages make new highs, their internals (at last look) are either outright negative or right on the cusp….
