Index futures faded overnight gains, which likely had something to do with anxiety over China’s Evergrande and contagion concerns as Fantasia Holdings Group Co. didn’t repay a $205.7 million bond that was due Monday. Although yields were higher (10-year up 4 bp overnight), I don’t think that was the initial cause as demonstrated in the A.M….
